COVID-19 Response

To our valued patients,

We are planning to reopen our office by May 5th.  In accordance with ADA, CDC, and OSHA guidelines we will follow measures to continue to keep you, your family, and our staff safe.  Our concern for your protection has always been paramount in our focus.   Having said that, we will be changing our routine to cause minimal inconvenience to you while supplementing our infection control procedures.

When we call to confirm your next appointment, you will be asked a series of questions regarding your health, personal contacts, and travel. At the time of your appointment, we ask that you call us from your car to alert us as to your arrival and we will review the questions again then invite you to enter the office.   We will be using this protocol to encourage social distancing minimizing your interaction with others.  We are asking all patients to wear a mask into the office and when you exit after your appointment.  If you did not have a mask, we can provide one to you.

Appointment times will be extended to allow proper room preparation and to honor your time.  At your initial arrival, your temperature will be taken, you will be offered hand sanitizer or a chance to wash your hands.  After seating, your appointment will progress just as before, but you will notice extra personal protection will be worn by the staff.  Again, as directed by the recommendation of the CDC, OSHA, ADA, and KDA.

We very much look forward to your visit and we will be open to all questions or concerns you may have.  Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.  It is our sincere hope that good will come from this and we may establish a sense of normalcy once again.
